1oz Lime Juice.

25 Simple Syrup

4oz Sparkling Water

4 Mint Leaves

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves. Add in ice and other ingredients. Shake real good! Dirty pour that nectar of the tequila gods into a highball glass and top with sparkling water and more mint.
